Chia pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack option and is super easy to make. Chia pudding is high in protein, full of omega-3s, packed with fibre which helps keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer.


  • 1 1/2 cups milk/dairy free milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Your choice of fruit/nuts as toppings. We love strawberries and blueberries.


  • To a mixing bowl add your choice of milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. If not, add more chia seeds, stir, and refrigerate for another hour or so.
  • Enjoy as is, or layer with fresh fruit. Will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 5 days
