Medical conditions and your responsibility to disclose
You are responsible for letting us know if you have any medical or physical condition that may affect, or prevent, your participation in training sessions.
By using Sunrise Fitness facilities and participating in our services (including group personal training), you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you do not have any medical or physical condition that would make participation unsafe, and you are not aware of any health or medical reason why you should not take part.
No medical advice
Sunrise Fitness does not provide medical advice and cannot assess your medical condition or your suitability to participate in training. If you have any concerns about your health or fitness to train, you should consult your doctor before using the facilities or participating in group personal training.

You acknowledge that using our facilities and services involves inherent risks, ranging from minor injury through to serious injury or death. These risks may include (but are not limited to) soft tissue injuries, broken bones, and joint injuries.
