What are your session times?

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes, memberships can be paused for a minimum of one week and a maximum of four weeks.
What amenities are available?
We have female, male and accessible toilets.
What hours are you open?
All sessions are 45min – We have 36 sessions available per week!
Monday to Friday (AM)
- 5.05 – 5.50
- 5.55 – 6.40
- 6.45 – 7.30
- 7.35 – 8.20
- 9.15 – 10.00
Monday to Thursday (PM)
- 4.45 – 5.30
- 5.30 – 6.15 (if you’re running a little late from work, we will happily run the session to 6.30pm)
- 6.10 – 6.55
- 7.00 – 7.45
- 7.50 – 8.35
