Are the workouts suitable for all ages and fitness levels?

Yes.  We believe in people of all ages and fitness levels training together in a safe and friendly environment

Can I try before I buy?

What are your session times?

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, memberships can be paused for a minimum of one week and a maximum of four weeks.

What amenities are available?

We have female, male and accessible toilets.

What hours are you open?

All sessions are 45min – We have 36 sessions available per week!

Monday to Friday (AM)

  • 5.05 – 5.50
  • 5.55 – 6.40
  • 6.45 – 7.30
  • 7.35 – 8.20
  • 9.15 – 10.00

Monday to Thursday (PM)

  • 4.45 – 5.30
  • 5.30 – 6.15  (if you’re running a little late from work, we will happily run the session to 6.30pm)

Saturday (AM)

  • 6.10 – 6.55
  • 7.00 – 7.45
  • 7.50 – 8.35
