Studio Hours

MONDAY TO FRIDAY (AM)

  • 5.05 – 5.50
  • 5.55 – 6.40
  • 6.45 – 7.30
  • 7.35 – 8.20
  • 9.15 – 10.00

MONDAY TO THURSDAY (PM)

  • 4.45 – 5.30
  • 5.30 – 6.15  (if you’re running a little late from work, we will happily run the session to 6.30pm)

SATURDAY (AM)

  • 6.10 – 6.55
  • 7.00 – 7.45
  • 7.50 – 8.35
