Chia pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack option and is super easy to make. Chia pudding is high in protein, full of omega-3s, packed with fibre which helps keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk/dairy free milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Your choice of fruit/nuts as toppings. We love strawberries and blueberries.
Instructions

To a mixing bowl add your choice of milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. If not, add more chia seeds, stir, and refrigerate for another hour or so.

Enjoy as is, or layer with fresh fruit. Will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 5 days
