With the colder months coming up this broccoli and cauliflower soup is a perfect winter warmer. It’s super tasty, full of nutrients and doesn’t break the bank. A great way to hide veggies from the fussiest of eaters. Recipe serves 8.



  • Whole Broccoli (stems and florets)
  • Whole Cauliflower (stems and florets)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion chopped finely
  • 4 cups of vegetable stock
  • Goats Cheese (Optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in garlic and onion and cook until softened and lightly brown.
  2. Add broccoli and cauliflower to a pot, tossing garlic and onion through. Add in stock. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Puree the soup until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
  4. Add salt and pepper and a sprinkle of goats cheese when serving. Enjoy!!
