These high protein overnight Weetbix with Biscoff are a breakfast game changer. You can change the Biscoff topping to Nutella, Peanut Butter or even fruits to suit your taste buds. A delicious breakfast on the go that only takes 5 minutes to prep. Recipe serves 1.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Weetbix
  • 1/4 cup of skim milk/milk alternative
  • 2 tsp Biscoff spread
  • 160 gram Yopro vanilla yoghurt or salted caramel flavour
  • 1 Biscoff biscuit crushed

METHOD

1. Crush Weetbix into a bowl or container, add milk and stir well. The Weetbix will begin to soak up the liquid. Let the Weetbix and milk mixture sit for a few minutes to thicken. Pat the Weetbix mixture down firmly to create the base.
2. In a separate bowl combine the yoghurt and 1 tsp Biscoff spread. You may need to slightly melt your Biscoff spread to combine the mixture well.
3. Pour the yoghurt mix into your container to cover the Weetbix base.
4. Melt the remaining Biscoff spread in the microwave, then drizzle over the yoghurt mix.
5. Top with the crushed Biscoff biscuit, then set in the fridge.
