The Sunrise Fitness timetable has been flexibly designed to suit all our members.
All our sessions are 45 minutes in duration – We have 36 sessions available per week!

Monday to Friday (AM)
- 5.00 – 5.45
- 5.50 – 6.35
- 6.45 - 7.30
- 7.35 - 8.20
- 9.15 - 10.00
Monday to Thursday (PM)
- 4.45 - 5.30
- 5.35 – 6.20
Saturday (AM)
- 6.45 – 7.30
- 7.35 – 8.20
- 8.25 – 9.10
