Sunrise Fitness offers a safe and easy to follow studio group training sessions, focusing on full-body workouts for all fitness levels. All of our machines and equipment are well spaced so you’re guaranteed of a ‘non crowded’ workout every time.
FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES AND LOW IMPACT CARDIO MACHINES
Circuit type training that includes a great mix of functional exercises and low impact cardio machines. Our expert Personal Trainers will work with you closely to get the results that you’re after.
