Steve Henderson
Founder & Personal Trainer
Steve has been in the training and fitness industry for over 25 years as a gym owner and personal trainer. He has a Cert 1V in Fitness and has owned & operated Personal Training Studios for 13½ years in the Merewether/Adamstown area.
He was a member of the training staff for the victorious Newcastle Jets in 2007-2008 and he also played rugby league for the Cronulla Sharks and the St.George Dragons. Steve also has experience in fitness training for Rugby League, Rugby Union, and Netball teams.
After finishing his football career, Steve realised that he still wanted to keep fit and healthy but just not in a competitive nature. So he has set up training environments at his studio/gym and group running sessions that are non-intimidating, friendly and safe for all fitness levels.
Tallulah Langford
Personal Trainer
Tallulah has been in the fitness industry for six months now. Although only a short period of time, health and fitness is her passion, which is why she decided to complete her cert 3 and 4 in fitness.
Tallulah has competed in a number of competitive sports over the years, but more recently undertook a ten week training camp, competing in a NSW combat sports sanctioned boxing fight.
Pre COVID Tallulah was training for a fitness and figure competition. This involved lots of dedication, hard work and focus on training and nutrition.
Tallulah loves coaching the group classes at Sunrise Fitness.
Carly Humphries
Personal Trainer
Carly started training at Sunrise Fitness when it first opened in 2020. Carly’s dedicated approach to her training was very much admired by all of her trainers and fellow members.
She soon realised that fitness was her true passion and that she wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Carly completed her Certificate 3 in Fitness in 2022 and now showing the same dedication in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
